Retail products

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days with your order number for a refund to the original payment method. For hygiene reasons, opened personal care and food items can't be returned unless damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are marked as processing. Contact us at (555) 555-0123 or [email protected].

Printing orders

Because printing is custom work, printing orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before printing starts. If there's a defect caused by us, we'll reprint or refund.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued through Square and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
