Printing Service Terms

By uploading a file you confirm you have the right to reproduce its contents. We may decline to print material that infringes copyright or is unlawful.

File review

Every file is checked before printing. If we find problems (for example missing pages, low resolution, or a page count that differs from your order), we'll contact you. Price differences will be confirmed with you before printing.

Colour accuracy

Printed colours may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Turnaround

Most print jobs are ready within 1 business day. Large or complex jobs may take longer — we'll let you know.

File retention

Files are deleted 30 days after the order is completed.
